Cancellation Policy

It is the policy of the owners of this event space that: 1. There is to be no smoking inside the premises. 2. As we are a private company, we allow alcohol consumption during the event. If you plan on selling alcohol, or serving a large group, we recommend that you apply for a 1-day use permit through the state. We reserve the right to waive responsibility for the serving or consumption of Alcohol. It is a state law that no one under 21 is to consume alcohol on these premises. If caught violating this statute, customer may forfeit all fees and deposits. 3. You may use any Electric/Heating-cooling/water services provided for the building free of charge. Whatever small appliances you bring for your event, please take with you at the end of the event. 4. Weekend rental is available for larger parties requiring lenghty set up and clean up. 5. Cleaning deposit of $75 provided at time of booking. If Event Space is left clean, this can be refunded, or applied to final balance.
